What is the latest known good riched20.dll

The original dll that comes with a default install causes UR to crash few times a day. I noticed it to happen when pasting content from a web page. I ended up updating it to the dll used by Office 2013. This seems to fix the crash as pasting same content no longer crashes UR. However, I can no longer do bullets i.e. text gets indented, but the blacks circles or numerals no longer appear.

Those dlls are the only ones I have on my system. What is the latest know ddl to work flawlessly with UR and where can I download it from. Google did not return any useful links.

Original install : riched20.dll version 5.50.99.2050
Office 13 : RICHED20.DLL version 15.0.4693.1000

I did search the forums for 'RICHED20.DLL' before posting. Must have missed it. Appreciate the timely support.

Do I have to use both of the dll's in the zip files at the same time, (riched20.dll &msptls.dll)?

Each ZIP contains any additional DLLs which that version of riched20.dll also requires.

I got bullets back and pasting html content does not cause crashes. I'll update if otherwise.

I ended returning to where I started from. All the newer DLL's caused UR to crash when working with tables.

Crash with tables ...
v12.0.4518.1014 (installed with Office 2007)
v14.0.4750.1000 (installed with Office 2010)
v15.0.4420.1017 (installed with Office 2013)

Went back to
v5.50.99.2050 (installed with Office 2003)

I need help on this one. This is not getting any better.

I ended using 5.50.99.2050 (installed with Office 2003) just fine until I started editing content using MS Word (ctrl+j). I have 2013 installed on my system. Once done editing, opting to continue editing using internal editor crashed UR. From that point forward, I can no longer get to view the item I was editing. I tried all DLLs posted and none of them is working. UR crashes every time.

I do not know where to go from here. Any assistance will be much appreciated.

Try restarting your PC. If that doesn't help, uninstall UR, delete UltraRecall installation folder if it still exists, and reinstall to get back to a default state.

No good.

There were two issue here:

1) An error was occurring importing this particular file, which is fixed in v5.2.

2) The version of riched20.dll installed by default with UR 5.1 (v5.50.99.2050) has incompatibilities with Office 2013 and can result in errors when pasting into the rich edit view. Any one of these options will resolve the issue:

a) Delete riched20.dll v5.50.99.2050 from the UR installation path (or reinstall UR and uncheck the Install rich edit control with table support)

b) Copy riched20.dll v15.0.4420.1017 (from C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\microsoft shared\OFFICE15\RICHED20.DLL or http://www.kinook.com/Download/Misc/....4420.1017.zip) into the UR installation path (or reinstall UR and check Install Office rich edit control)

c) Rename or delete C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\microsoft shared\OFFICE15\MSO.DLL

See here for more details (the UR v5.2 installer no longer installs v5.50.99.2050 by default):
