add new sub at top

How can I add a new item to the top?

when I am in the "Data Explorer" pane and hit INS - contact, UR will insert the new contact at the bottom of the item I am at.

To be very clear, my focus is on L1

L1
- L2.1
- L2.2
- L2.3


Adding a new item with INS will put it after L2.3; I want it to appear before L2.1, in other words, at the top of the stack;

I know about sorting subs by alpha or by sort order; but how do I make a the new sub appear on top?

You would need to select L2.1 (Down Arrow), use Tree | Insert Sibling (Shift+Enter), then move it up one (Ctrl+Shift+Up Arrow).
