pass attributes down to children

HI,
is there a simple way to automatically pass attributes down to children items?

I'd like to have all tasks under a given project have the same due date as that project, without having to enter it manually in each tasks.
Of course, these tasks are not the only children of that project item.

Is that possible?

You could multi-select the child tasks and update the Due Date attribute for all of them at once.

... good idea but I get an error message:
"Error updating item attribute: the parameter is incorrect"

... all I did was to select 3 tasks, then go to the attribute pane, and click on a new due date.

Before reporting a problem:
a) Make sure you have the latest version of UR installed
b) Restart Windows
c) Repair your database (Tools | Compact & Repair with the Repair and Reset options checked)
d) Verify that the problem still occurs

All done, and just updated to V4. Don't have time to send you all the files and make a list of everything I did.
