Question:
What's the reason you want to store e-mail messages in UR? I can, personally, only think of wanting to search through them with UR which doesn't seem very useful: Searching through messages is better done through a desktop search engine; which is specialized in all kinds of text searches. What I'm doing: - I have a personal folder in Outlook; I store all my old messages in that. I could turn it off in Outlook once I don't want to be bothered by them anymore in Outlook. The personal folder file can remain on your hard disk though. - Use a desktop search tool to search through your personal folder Outlook file.
