Search with number not working

I searched for C9369E and, after a very long delay, no items were returned. I searched for C9369Ee and the item I was looking for, which has the keyword C9369EE, was returned quite quickly.

Why did the first search not work?

Not sure. Please copy the item in question to a new db, configure the search to demonstrate the problem and ZIP and send or post:
1) The .urd file
2) The info from Help | About | Install Info
3) An export of the registry key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Kinook Software\Ultra Recall (using RegEdit)

There appear to be some issues regarding searching on keywords containing digits. We'll continue to investigate and fix these issues in the next release.

The latest download at http://www.kinook.com/Download/UltraRecallProEval.exe has been updated with a fix for this issue (UltraRecall.exe 2.0.5.2).

That's great, thanks. I can even find all my P11D tax (UK) information quickly now - what a joy! (not)

Just a small point but is it posible for you to put the version number on latest download files I always copy and paste the release numbers on any files I download that have not got them

It just stops confusion what file you have downloaded
