task/appointments UR -> OL

I am a newbie user, so I may just not see the obvious...

I understand how tasks/appointments etc from outlook make it into UR and stay linke (GUID, Cntrl F5 synch).

But... I often work on projects, see documents, etc, and then I add a task in UR; since I synch outlook with my palm, I need to get that task into OL. Is there an easy way to push UR tasks (appointments, contacts) to OL?
