Meaning of numbers in a ur:/// link

Referring to ur:///?item=1375,1428,1006,1000&pos=-1
What are the meaning of: 1375, 1428, 1006, 1000 and pos=-1
Is it possible to link to a particular position, say, line 20, in the info item?
Thank you.

The numbers are the item ids of the item and its ancestor items to the root of the tree. pos is the location within the item.

See here for how to create them:
