Each Attribute has several properties that along with the assigned Attribute Type, define what type of data will be stored, if and how the values will auto-complete during data entry, whether the entered value will be keyworded by Ultra Recall, and if entered values are constrained to a range or a set of values.

 

The Attributes Dialog is used to view or modify the properties of each attribute (only user attributes properties can be modified).
