Ultra Recall will retrieve the icon associated with every document or web page (if available) retrieved.  When an Icon is retrieved, it is added to the list of Icons stored in that Info Database and can be assigned to other Info Items as well.

 

When the last Info Item referencing an Icon is either Deleted or assigned a different Icon, that unreferenced Icon will be removed from the Info Database.

 

To add a new Icon to the list of Icons available in an Info Database, simply link or store the .ico file for the Icon you want to make available.
