Virtual System attributes are not actually stored in the Info Database, but are computed from other data when displayed or searched.
These Virtual Attributes include:
• | Has Children: this yes/no value indicates whether the associated Info Item has Child Info Items or not. |
• | Indent Level: this number value is the how many times the associated Info Item is indented from it's root Info Item. |
• | Item Notes: this string value is the plain text of the Item Notes of the associated Info Item. |
• | Item Text: this string value is the plain text of an item or document. |
• | Keywords (user-defined): this string value is a comma-separated list of the user-defined keywords assigned to the Info Item. |
• | Lineage: this string value is the parent lineage of each associated Info Item, starting at the root, with each parent name delimited with the / character. |
• | Object Exists: this yes/no value indicates whether a linked or synced folder/file or Outlook item exists for an Info Item. |
• | Parent Title: this string value is the name of the Parent Info Item for each associated Info Item. |
• | Relevance: counts the number of times searched words or phrases occur within a document. |
• | Tree Order: this number value is the order of the item in the Data Explorer/Search pane (NULL value if sorted alphabetically). |
