Orphaned Link

The manual says:
"If the item an internal item is linked to is permanently deleted, the internal link will still remain but not work. " (see http://www.kinook.com/UltraRecall/Ma...nallinking.htm)

Questions:
1. How/where could we locate these orphaned links?
2. How to remove the orphaned links?

1. There isn't a way to search for them. You would have to click on the link (it will beep if invalid).

2. Delete the link text
