Paste is MOVING items, not linking

Copying and pasting items now MOVES the items instead of creating a linked copy.
By copy and paste I mean Ctrl-C and Ctrl-V in the Data Explorer pane.

This just started today. It had been working fine since I installed 4.0 earlier this week.

As far as I can recall, the last thing I did before it started mis-behaving is create a new template item. I 1st noticed the issue with an item created from this template (but every item does the same thing).

I uninstalled and re-installed. No change.
Thought that I must have changed some setting somewhere.

Re-installed again to be sure that I had cleared out everything.

Created a new file after reinstall and it behaves the same way.

I've used the right-click menus and it does the same thing (just in case there's something flakey with the keyboard).

I can work around this by using Alt-L and then searching for where I want to copy it to.

Yes, download and install the latest. After installing it will show UltraRecall.exe 4.0.0.3 in Help | About | Install Info.
