1.3b opens stored docs in read only mode?

Hello,

since I updated to 1.3b, all stored docs are opened in read only mode, so I cannot edit stored documents. Are there some settings for this or probably a bug? Previous version worked fine for me.

It is a bug that was introduced with version 1.3b.

The lastest download for version 1.3b contains the fix for this bug, please download and reinstall the latest installation file to resolve the issue.
