Error message

I had a problem today when I closed a tab in UR. I received these error messages:

Access violation - no RTTI data!

Access violation - no RTTI data!

Access violation
Exception 0xC0000005 occurred in module Unknown at address 0x0335B701, offset 0x0008B701.

It would keep cycling through these message until eventually UR just crashed and shut down.

The tab I tried to closed was viewing a task with a reminder set. Just before I tried to close the tab I had dismissed the reminder in the reminder dialog window.

Please ZIP and send or post:
1) The info from Help | About | Install Info
2) Run RegEdit and export the registry key "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Kinook Software\Ultra Recall\Options"
3) A .urd file with tabs configured such that closing a tab causes this behavior.

Thanks.

Wondering if this issue has been resolved, I'm seeing the same error messages in a database that has no tabs. Just working on some forms and attributes, no data in the database yet.

The three-finger salute and End Process shutsdown UR and re-opening the data file appears to have no damage.

Can't determine a pattern yet.
