Increment file and product version?

I have my VC6 item setup to "Increment the version if the target executable timestamp changes". Then I checked "Increment Build number instead of Revision Number" and also have "Update the File Version" and "Update the Product Version" boxes checked. When I build it the FileVersion build number is incremented as expected however the ProductVersions Minor version number is incremented and not the build number. Is this a bug or do I have something setup wrong?

It's working ok here with version 5.0 (BTW, the checkbox caption was mislabeled in 4.x -- it was corrected to 'Increment Revision number instead of Build number' in v5.0).
